As a first generation Asian American, Gina brings a particular passion and powerful insights to her focus on Coaching Leaders of Color.  Her work centers around organizational effectiveness regarding strategic initiatives that are tied to an organization or team’s potential and performance. 

She served as the 2005 president of the International Coaching Federation, Charlotte chapter and is a graduate of Coach University.  Ms. Columna is a leadership coach with the McColl School of Business, Queens University.  She is a board member of the International Coaching Federation, Charlotte chapter (ICF), Charlotte OD Network (CODNET) and an active volunteer with various nonprofit organizations.

Gina earned her MBA from Queens University, McColl School of Business, and her BS in Mass Communication, cum laude, from Towson State University.  Prior to starting her own business, she held management and marketing positions.

An entrepreneur since 1990, she has worked with divisions of Textron, Coca Cola, BBA Ltd. and others.
